i GUESS that after economic crisis domain prices will rise .Today  the prices are so low nearly the verisign and the other tlds service prices.Registrars mimimized their profits.And some of them loses money.Lets see some registrars domain prices;

Moniker 7.97 .com 6.64 .Net 7.97 .org

Godaddy 7.49 .com 6.74$ .Net

it is nearly equal to verisign domain prices.So registrars makes less money or some of them losses money,i dont know when will this crisis will end but end of the criris people will pay more money to their domains.i guess prices will rise to 10$-14.99$ range.

if you have some money want to keep your domains it is the best time to renew your domains.
